Recommendation for Intramural'Attendance

Intramural meet is one the main events that the Assumption College of Nabunturan is celebrating last March 2023. The attendance has been a problem especially for the students. The students find it time consuming, hassle, and incredibly inconvenient; the facilitators of the attendance are oftentimes hard to find. An instance to the inconvenience, during the closing attendances the students had to stand in line for approximately 30 minutes to wait for their turn to sign. In addition, the attendance facilitators sometimes lose the attendance sheet/s making the students feel distressed. As a result, many have complained and ask for an improvement.

Attendance plays a vital role in a student's life, especially in college. They may pay fines or will have trouble during their signing of clearance for not attending these events which could affect their allowances. To address these problems, we have listed a few recommendations: 

1. There should be a consistent venue of attendance so that the students will not struggle to find the attendance. 

2. The officers should assign more attendance facilitators in order to avoid hassle and time consuming.

3. During signing of the attendance the place should be convenient (not in sunny place).

4.  In order to make fast the transaction of attendance, the facilitators may use scanner attendance so that, the students will not hassle.
